Most people are deathly afraid of creativity. Afraid of being judged, of not being good enough. Fearful of not knowing, of losing control, of being stuck. And, of course, afraid of failure.

But we know that creativity is located deep inside of every single person on this planet. And creativity is absolutely crucial for work. To face problems in new ways and find solutions. To truly innovate for the future of the company and the planet.

True creativity can get messy but that is part of the fun. We set the scene and create a safe space to experiment, explore, and discover. Nothing is wrong. Mistakes or errors don’t exist. The idea is to return to that wellspring of creativity we enjoyed in our childhood and learn ways in which to apply these skills in our jobs.
